The cannon is essentially a pipe from which balls shoot out on command, raining down to break the platforms beneath. Meanwhile, the platform steadily rises, making your task more challenging. Your goal is to clear a certain line before the platform reaches the top.
You have a limited number of shots, so aim carefully! Be careful—if the balls hit spikes, you lose a life. You start with three lives, which are shown in the lower right corner as three red lines.
